If you feel negative vibes approaching you, stand up, breathe and smile. Listen to music that inspires you or read motivational books, articles or blogs. Say a little prayer and count your blessings. Drink some cold juice and chat with positive people. Encouragement from friends and colleagues can be a big help.

• Reward yourself – Bribe yourself with rewards for achieving simple objectives. Plan ahead what task / results will be rewarded and what kind of bonus is involve. It is always nice to treat yourself. Go to the spa and relax. Eat outside or cook your favorite dish. Go to the salon and get some hair cut or treatment. This will trigger motivation and surge enthusiasm to attain more goals.

• Sustain a healthy life and work balance – Take a glimpse of what awaits you outside of work. Schedule time to be spent with family and friends. Don’t get rid of your hobbies such as reading books, surfing the net, shopping, bar hopping and exercising. Too much work can build stress and STRESS can kill passion. Having something to look forward to after work will help you revitalize your energy.
